Hotel 28 Myeongdong is in a very convenient location. Right in the heart of the Myeongdong shopping area, and the street market is only a block away so I ate a few treats there. Beware that the Queen size rooms face a wall--literally the window view is a wall. No natural light at all. I upgraded to a King size room and got a nice view of the streets. They also have a small minibar with complimentary drinks and almonds. I would stay here again, but only in a King room!
