Terrible hotel to stay. Run down and nothing like pictures. This is not a comfortable hotel, room smells like having plumbing issues, water leaking, renovated to allure people, misleading. Had to stay only one night but never will use it. Not worth.

Perfect if you need a place close to Samsung med

H-Hote was perfect for what I needed...a quick place to crash before a doctor visit at Samsung Medical Center. Super convenient. Room was really clean. Checkin was super easy. Seemed like a cool neighborhood. Stay there!

A great hotel with clean, safe rooms

Highly recommend for those looking for a few nights to stay in a convenient location (lots of cafes & restaurants nearby), easy access to/from the airport bus (#6016) stop and subway (orange line #3), great in-room amenities with friendly and attentive service. I ended up extending my stay up to 10 nights throughout my stay in Seoul. The only reason I didn't give a full star is (a) the rooms were not really smoking/non-smoking-distinguished (as a non-smoker, this was important), and (b) the room where I stayed in (#603) was a little overheated so I left the window opened in the middle of winter time. The staff had courteously responded to my needs and offered if I wanted a room change, but I decided to keep the room since everything I wanted was there. Frankly, I prefer to be a bit too warm than cold, so this was my personal choice. I would book this hotel again for my next trip.

Ok but not great

The hotel was ok and the rooms were really nice. However, it was a little bit far away from all the sigths (even though it was close to hte subway - which was a big plus). There was a vomit outside of our room that was not cleaned up for all of the stay and that definitely lowered the grade... But other than that, it was ok but not more than ok.

Our cosy 'Attic' in Seoul

This hotel room has all the things you can find in a four stars hotel. The warm toilet seat cover set at perfect temperature. Great quality of toiletries. Very very clean room. Our laundry & other requests were attended to by hotel staff promptly. The music & fragrance blanketed the very subdued tiny lobby, sitting area are dressed with latest fashion magazines. Free wifi and usage of room laptop. Refrigerator pack with free bottles of water and soft drink. Subway within 5 minutes walk. Plenty of food around the hotel and there is a HomePlus Express nearby too. Very easy commute to & from airport, bus stop for Airport Limousine (Coach) just around the corners of the hotel, both within 1- 2 minutes walk. (Different pickup and drop off point - Nambu Bus Terminal). We had the twin room, spacious with attic feel, appreciate the designer sensible touch & adequate lighting. This stay was perfect for me and my son.

Be careful, this hotel is a trap - pictures are far from the real conditions of the hotel. We entered and we found a sketchy reception, including a table with hourly price rates (definitely a love hotel), a lift and common areas in a really bad state and dirty (see attached pictures), the room stank of cigarettes and was in significant poorer conditions and bad cleanness compared to the photos in Hotels.com. No refund was accepted by the hotel
