The service was great however a few things that I noticed that needs improvement: -Water pressure was very low for shower -Spotted black old stains on the bed and shower robe -During my stay, there was a power outage which I never experienced before while staying at a hotel, I understand it's not the hotel's fault but nothing was addressed Overall, the location was very convenient and receptionists were super friendly and professional

The moment we arrived in our room on the 12th floor we were blessed with a gorgeous view of mountains. Whilst we deliberately selected the hotel for its location, we were not ready for how close it was to all central Seoul hotspots! Plus, the hotel is located near a wide range of shopping places, bakeries, convenience stores, restaurants, and PC bangs at a stones throw! The staff was a pure breeze from the minute we arrived until the last minute when we needed to weigh our luggage and realised we needed to ditch some extra fluff the staff agreed to dispose of. Overall a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back soon!
