Location even though and alley way. Pool was swamp green and management didn’t reply to our emails regarding compensation as we couldn’t use the pool. Old food box in microwave with flies all through it. Highly recommend you take this off your villa listings

I was disappointed when we first arrived, this is not a 4.5 stars villa, there was no reception although it did state it on the original description said there was, pool kept on going green, staff didn’t understand English so was difficult to ask for more fly spray we were eating by mozzies. And the staff were using our villa as there hangout during the day, and we couldn’t make them understand we wanted privacy as we were two single girls.

Great Villa, but a bit run down

Villa was great. Location was awesome for Seminyak and the service received from everyone involved with the Villa can't be faulted, they were willing to help at every step and made us feel very welcome. The condition of the Villa is just a touch under par. Bath was visibly dirty and went unused. There was a need for some minor repairs around the place and it was just a little bit run down. That being said it's an excellent property and feels very luxurious and I would recommend it to anyone who can appreciate a lovely property in a nice location that needs a little bit of TLC.
