Over mountainous terrain but inside the village of Caimari at the same time, this superb house with private pool and capacity for 5 guests welcomes you. The views from the property are superb. You can admire the centre of the village from the pool as well as the green fields, the mountains and even the sea. Imagine your days of rest swimming alone or basking in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers, surrounded by the protected Tramuntana mountain range. The chlorine pool sizes 4 x 4 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. It is placed at the right centre of the wonderful terrace with several levels, something that makes it quite special. In front of it, there is a fantastic attached terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy your dinner alfresco and under the starry sky, with the only company of the lights of the village, an unforgettable experience!
The house is distributed over two tastefully decorated floors. The entrance hall leads to the dining room and the kitchen. The first one, has a Mallorcan style palpable in its natural stone walls and rustic furniture, which includes a large table with designer chairs to sit and eat together. After three steps and a large archway, we access the kitchen, equipped with rustic furniture, induction, oven, microwave and everything you will need to cook like at home. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as a separate bathroom with shower. Going upstairs we reach a beautiful living room, where you can watch satellite TV on the sofas, listen to music on the CD player or read a book in the rocking chair, accompanied by the scenery and the air conditioning. Here we have two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, a/c, space for a cot and highchair, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other has a bunk bed and wardrobe. Five radiators and a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.
Caimari is a small and charming village located in the middle of the Tramuntana, which abounds in nature and features all you may need for your stay. Inca, a small town, is just 5 km from Caimari, where you will find larger stores and a variety of entertainment, apart from its traditional market street, that takes place every Thursday in the morning. The area is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, trekking, cycling etc; Nearby there are various walking routes. And, of course, Caimari is very well known due to its production of olive oil since it has a great olive mill where the oil is elaborated with the olives of the area. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to lovely beaches like Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia.

Stunning
Amazing house with private pool in a very lovely authentic mallorcan village. Quiet with spectacular views including the sea in the distance. There are a couple of bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy in the village all of which are very friendly. The house has a lot of steps, some steep, so may be tricky if you have trouble with steps. You need to park nearby on the street or near the village square there is a free car park a few minute walk from the house. Beach is approx 25 min drive. Otherwise can't fault it. Perfect.

Mallorcan hideaway
This is a beautifully appointed villa situated in the middle of a small Mallorcan village. It has been decorated and furnished to give it a modern yet homely feel. The sitting room is comfortable with enough seating for six. Smart TV allows access to Netflix/Spotify etc. The beds were super comfy with clean white cotton sheets. All rooms were air conditioned. The kitchen was well equipped and appeared to have been fitted recently. Outdoor areas were great. Pool was used every day and was clean and warm.
Caimari is ideally situated for trips to Pollenca, Alcudia, Soller, Palma and also for less well known locations such as the most beautiful quiet beach at Son Real, easily accessible by bike which are available to rent for the day on site for 5 euros.
It is worth mentioning that the owner Jaume was really responsive when there were issues with the a/c and pool pump.
All in all an absolutely brilliant place to stay.
Heads up info relating to this property;
I wouldn’t recommend this property for the elderly and physically disabled as there are a number of steep steps within the property and in the outside areas.
Do not hire a big car, the streets around Caimari and gaining access to the villa are very very narrow
Take plenty of mosquito repellent, and anti histamine tablets as you are likely to get bitten.

Fantastisk udsigt
Virkelig et skønt hus. Udsigten er fantastisk, og selvom poolen er lille er drn helt tilpas til at væive afkølet iAlt var rent og pænt, både ude og inde.Jeg husler ikke at der stod noget om adgang med bil. Man skal ikke være bmge for at køre på snævre og stejle veje. Yuser er desuden ikke velegnet til grupper med børn eæler dåræogt gående Der er.virkelog mamge.trapper, ude.som inde.Men alt i alt et hus vi gerne vil komme tilbage til.

Sehr schönes Dorfhaus
Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr sauber. Das Haus hat viele Treppen, dementsprechend mit ganz kleinen Kindern schwierig.
Das Parken immer ist vor dem Haus möglich (Garageneingang). Wer ein Dorfhaus auf Mallorca bucht, sollte bzgl. fahren und parken stressresistent sein. Am besten den Weg außerhalb des Dorfes wählen, direkt nach dem Ortsausgang rechts einen steilen Berg hoch, leider nicht auf dem Navi eingezeichnet.
Urlaub empfehlenswert!!!!!

Très agréable séjour
Maison bien située dans un village très calme.
On ne s’est pas lassé de la vue. Idéale pour naviguer entre la montagne et la baie d’Alcudia.
Rue très pentue donc nous préférions laisser la voiture sur le parking de l’église.
La maison est très bien équipée avec un bémol sur le manque de couverts et de verres à pied

Eine sehr schöne Finca in traumhafter Lage. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert und äußerst geschmackvoll sowie stilsicher eingerichtet. Den Ausblick von der Dachterrasse runter in das Dorf und auf die Kirche haben wir jeden Abend sehr genossen. Wirklich nett war auch die zur Begrüßung bereitstehende frische Ensaimada mit Aprikosen und dem heimischen Wein. Ergo: Absolut empfehlens

Meget rolig lille landsby.
Dejligt hus, masser af trapper, god pool med fantastisk udsigt. Meget venlig udlejer. Kan anbefales til gæster der vil have en meget rolig ferie. 4 gode lokale barer med lokale priser, én stor restaurant og en lille gourmetrestaurant.
