Disliked: Cleanliness
Leider muss ich mich den vorigen Rezessionen anschließen. Tür am Küchenschrank noch defekt, untere Etage recht dunkel, muffiger Geruch. Die Nähe zur Straße hat mich als Frühaufsteher nicht sehr gestört. Dafür sollte man auch das Pfeifen und Schnaufen des Rasenden Roland mögen . Der Blick vom Balkon Richtung Selliner See ist sehr schön. Der Radweg am See beginnt direkt hinterm Objekt und ist somit perfekt, um Touren mit kleineren Kindern zu starten. Vor der Benutzung der Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer möchte ich warnen. Vom Metallgehäuse des Spots erlitt ich Verbrennungen, die ärztlich versorgt werden mussten. Als Tipp für den Vermieter: eventuell ein deutlich schwächeres Leuchtmittel verwenden oder auch einfach entsorgen. Gut, dass sich nicht das Kind verletzt hat oder die Hitze gar die Gardine in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichte. Wir hatten trotz allen einen tollen Aufenthalt - die Gegend ist wunderschön. Wie so oft ist es eine Frage des Geldes. Diese Unterkunft würde ich für den Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.

Unterkunft mit Makel

Teilweise verschmutztes Geschirr, erst abwaschen dann nutzen. Tür vom Spülenunterschrank defekt - Scharnier herausgebrochen. Matratzen unbequem. Fenster vorhanden aber mit Ausblick in den Schacht .Badezimmer weist viele Stock- und Schimmelflecken auf, da kein Fenster vorhanden. Wasserhahn und Waschbecken sollten mal erneuert werden. Balkon lud nicht zum Verweilen ein - Boden und Stühle dreckig. Oberste Etage zu warm im Sommer. Untere Etage angenehm kühl. Hauptstraße führt direkt hinterm Haus entlang daher hoher Geräuschpegel. Wir haben das beste draus gemacht. Lage sehr schön, direkt am Selliner See.

Könnte sauberer sein

Die Aufteilung der Fewo ist gut, aber als wir das Bett beziehen wollten war dort ein großer rot-gelber Fleck auf dem Matratzenschoner der bis auf die Matratze durch gesuppt war. Die Schoner waren auch voll mit (Tier?)Haaren. Das war ehrlich gesagt einfach nur widerlich. In der Fewo roch es auch sehr komisch, muffig-chemisch würde ich sagen. Auch nach stundenlangen lüften war der Geruch weiter da und ist im unteren Geschoss auch bis zur Abreise nicht verflogen. Keine Ahnung wo das herkam. Im Schlafzimmer war es am schlimmsten. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in Allem hat uns die Unterkunft nicht überzeugt. Sobald es dunkel wurde konnte man auch nicht mehr den Balkon benutzen, weil die Spinnen dort Überhand nahmen, aber dafür kann niemand was. Der Parkplatz ist auch nicht direkt am Haus wie es auf den Bildern den Eindruck macht.
