Booked breakfast but when we arrived they said that there were insufficient guests staying that wanted breakfast so they agreed to refund us the cost of breakfast and we had to head to a local cafe to eat. Reception only available from 4 to 10pm. Beds comfy. Very little in area around accommodation

Basic accommodation but clean room with all we needed for a one night stay. Location is good with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend Krisp restaurant as a must! Continental breakfast but good selection of breads, jams hams etc.

We came from Australia to Iceland. Staff friendly. Room spacious and clean and toasty and warm. Great location but we were tired when we arrived and jetlagged but check in was not until 4pm. No one at front reception but waited til 4pm and all worked out.

It was not the easiest to find, but once there these apartments were very clean and the staff was very nice. we ended up with the penthouse, which was great for our group and had a large kitchen and laundry facility. It was walking distance to all the places in town. A really nice place to stay in Selfoss.

We rented a 2 bedroom. It’s fine, clean. Just basic stuff. Supposed to be a great bakery next door. They were closed when we were in town. Easy to walk to grocery stores. 2 within short distance. It’s a fine place to base from or spend one night.

Location was convenient, close to a lot of restaurants, gas station, and grocery store. Room was a little bit cramped, beds were also too. No breakfast was included. Clean and safe. Be careful that the front desk was open until 9 pm. If you arrive after 9 PM, contact with the hotel in advance to arrange late check in.

Spacious modern room, very clean, with TV and kettle. Good location, next to restaurants and shops. Nice breakfast too, lot of choice, good quality. Price was not too expensive for this quality. Do not hesitate to book.

We stayed here in a double room with ensuite bathroom for 2 nights in June 2019. This accommodation is just a stone throw away from N1 gas station, KFC restaurant and a supermarket, very convenient. The parking is in front of the building by the main road. However, having a room facing the main road could means it will noisy during day time, but at night it was quiet, we could hardly hear much. The room itself is spacious, clean with a large comfortable double bed, a fridge and a kettle, but there is no kitchenette (which is disappointing for us). The bathroom is clean, spacious with a bath tub and shower. The wifi connection speed is good, just wish that the lights in the room could be brighter. Overall, we rest well and enjoyed our stay here. There's lift access to all floors, and there is a ice making machine in front of the hallway.

The only upside of this place is the large rooms that‘s perfect for groups but rooms are definitely not cleaned properly. We found a lot of leftover food crumbs in the cabinets and appliances and floors need a thorough sweeping. Staffs are pretty uncooperative and disorganized. Upon checking in reception staff informed us that our breakfast will be at 7.30 in the dining areas. We were NOT asked of our room numbers until several of us had taken food and sat down from the simple buffet they served. None of the staff asked any of us of our room numbers upon entering the dining area even though they had a piece of paper with them of all the guests rooms for the day. We were expected to pay for the breakfast which cost 1700isk per person for a mistake on the staffs part. We were not given a sincere apology but instead given the blame. Such a distasteful way of getting extra payment from guests and it left a very bad impression of the place. If we would’ve been informed upon checking in like how every other hotels run, we would’ve gone to the large bakery beside the hotel which bakes fresh baked goods instead of paying exorbitant amount for processed stuff out of the box we could have gotten from the grocery store nearby.

Stayed here for just one night during our journey. The room was clean and equipped with modern furniture. Room size was quite big, the bathroom also of good size. We had no breakfast but by the looks it seemed to be good, at least there was good choice of food which isn't always the case in Icelandic budget hotels. Recommendable!
