We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel . The suite is big and comfortable with fire pit outside the room and fire place inside. The kids get to do shoots and we used the outdoor jacuzzi at late night really enjoyed this place and recommend hundred percent to come back to Christmas. It was difficult to get dinner reservation at the restaurant in the town. The receptionist was really nice and offered us free breakfast. Thank you so much.

We loved our stay at Bell Rock, the front of house staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a small balcony. The kids loved the outdoor pool and spa and both were warm in December! Other highlights included the proximity to Bell Rock and other great hikes, stargazing, gas outdoor fireplaces to enjoy and having restaurants a short walk or free golf buggy ride away.

Stayed for 2 nights and took a one bedroom suite. The room was not cleaned despite us informing the front desk few times which is not expected from premier Hilton properties. The dinner at hotel restaurant was disappointng. The cesar salad was just cut lettuce with cold chicken strips. The catch of the day was salmon on premuim price was below average to a local dinner joint in neighborhood. The location of property is good with easy access to hiking trails, golf course and other eating places.

We had spent at least 2 hours changing our reservation from Friday to Thursday. Only to find out Expedia never provided the hotel with the confirmation. After traveling 12 hrs to have to deal with 45 mins at the front desk ( representative was lovely at the hotel) is not ideal and completely unacceptable. Thank goodness the hotel was able to accommodate however the service and follow thru from Expedia is completely unacceptable. Facility under construction. Not well maintained. Got stuck in elevator between floors, no back up generator. Room service trays of leftover food Not picked up in 2 days.
