This single story end unit is flooded with natural light from big windows and sliding glass doors. This exceptional home has two bedrooms with queen, pillow-top mattresses, two full renovated bathrooms, and a den/office with day bed. It has light wood floors, a fully furnished granite kitchen, a formal dining area with chandelier, a custom-furnished living room with vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. .High speed internet, smart TV, DVD, washer/new electric dryer. The home is handicapped accessible.


A lovely, large partially covered patio with brick pavers, vines and roses, offers a barbecue and dining set for outdoor dining with a comforting water fountain, sunsets, and stunning views of the Red Rocks. Shopping, dining, hiking, and biking are very close . by. A hot tub and swimming pool are available a few steps away in our complex. Please, no smoking, kids, or animals. 30 night minimum. Available for long term rental at reduced rate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was light, bright, and spacious enough for our needs and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Sedona. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Living room was pleasant but could have used brighter lighting for reading. We enjoyed sunsets from the patio and space in the dining and living rooms to eat family dinners, play games and do puzzles. Being able to enjoy a hot tub was a bonus which we made use of several times, especially after hikes. Our only complaint was that this place was not thoroughly or carefully cleaned before our arrival, with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, hairs in the sink and tub, and stained and/or ripped towels put out for our use. The refrigerator was not cleaned well either, with old food left and shelves and drawers not really clean. Other than the cleaning issues we found upon our arrival, it was a lovely place to stay. The owner was receptive to our concerns and offered to address them with her housekeeper. We did not deal with a property manager at all.

Overall, this is a pretty property very nicely decorated showcasing the owner's love of travel. Very comfortable to stay here. Wish there had been a recycle bin in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped.

West Sedona Gem

Lovely patio home in perfect location, away from uptown yet close enough to walk to a favorite restaurant and grocery store. Only coomplaint was the traffic noise off side street. The outdoor water feature helps to muffle the noise when outside. The community is beautifully cared for along with the large sparkling pool and jacuzzi. The property manager was quick to answer my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
