The house worked well for our family with regards to size and rooms. The first night we had no AC upstairs which was difficult for our guests who ended up sleeping on the couch together in the family room and I was asked to troubleshoot and go into the owner's closet to try and reset circuits and was unsuccessful. The front door remote lock didn't work well and we couldn't get into the house or the keybox to get the key out. We also had some gross stuff in the master shower. The hosts had a repairperson come out to fix AC and clean the shower but the second night we couldn't get the temperature below 79 and it was way too hot in the house and i was asked to troubleshoot the smart thermostats and change the schedules, which i couldn't figure out how to do.
