Pelican`s Nest: 3 bedroom 2 bath
Escape to our tranquil vacation home nestled in the heart of Sebastian, FL. Conveniently situated in a central location, our cozy retreat offers serenity and easy access to local attractions, beaches and dining options. The home has 3 bedrooms with a private master suite. There is a spacious living area with dinning table and an open kitchen. The patio is screened and for your small dogs there is a dog door that goes to a 10 x 15 fenced in yard. Complying with these House Rules at the Vacation Rental Property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the below House Rules may result in penalties and additional fees /charges.
· All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay and Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. · This Vacation Rental suitable for children of all ages. Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and security of their children, as well as any damages caused. · Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Excessive noise is always prohibited and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit. · Guests are allowed a maximum of 5 visitors at any time during their stay with approval. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that, Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. · Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental without approval.; and any small gathering must comply with all house rules. · Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage in the allocated cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas. Guests are responsible for getting the trash cans to the curb on pick up days. · Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Guests must switch off lights, set air conditioning to 75, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. · Smoking is permitted outside the Vacation Rental only and Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. · Pets permitted at the Vacation Rental only upon approval during booking. The property was perfect for us and our dogs. My band and I come down every year at the end of March from North Myrtle Beach to play shows and surf in Sebastian Inlet, Ft. Pierce, and Vero Beach. The house was in a perfect spot for us to stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Pelican’s Nest
House is very clean and roomy. With bedrooms on opposite sides of the house it’s easy to share with friends and still have privacy. Enjoyed afternoons and having dinner on the screened in porch.

This home is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a side street which felt safe. We were able to walk the dogs and felt safe there. The master bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had adequate supplies and utensils. The washer and dryer were in good working order. There were plenty of towels and cleaning supplies The grill was not usable. The front entrance and back porch area were not maintained well so that spending time outdoors was not comfortable. But the living room and dining room areas were nice. The manager of the property was responsive to our requests. We would stay again.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in! House was very well stocked. Really great house, we would definitely rent this one again!
