The room was clean and in good condition, but there weren't enough towels provided. The amenities overall were fantastic and I highly recommend the place. That said, a few things needed repairs or updating—specifically, the kitchen sink tap in my unit kept falling off.

The stay was amazing before we even got there. I received a message with instructions for parking in the included parking garage, which was so helpful. The guy running the front desk was so friendly and helpful, we considered asking him to hangout- he genuinely was excited about the hotel and clearly wanted us to enjoy all the amenities. Speaking of, i do a lot of hotel-ing, and have NEVER seen a place like this. I truly hope this becomes the standard. This hotel has 3 heated pools which are all open year round. We were here in the dead of winter and were still able to go outside and sit in the hot tub (or swim). Plus there were steam rooms and saunas at the pools! The gym was literally better than the one we pay a membership for, and is open 24 hours. The game room, karaoke room, and cinema rooms were all clean, modern and i loved that they thought to put a bathroom in each spot so u don’t have to go all the way back to your room or the lobby. There werealso many “event” rooms our key card gave us access to, and they were so cool! Not just your standard meeting room like you usually see in a hotel. These event rooms would be awesome for hanging out with a large group or big family. They had kitchens, multiple seating areas with TVs, fire places, outdoor patios with BBQs. Amazing. And the rooms are like apartments. Maybe i didn’t read enough about them when i booked, but i was surprised to find a full size washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms (not just 2 beds in a room like most hotels).

We usually have a great time at level. This time we all got evacuated from the building while I was in the shower. Had to hurry up get dressed and make my way to the street. The washer smelled like mildew quite strong. We stay at level every time we are in the city due to the amenities. We will continue to this is only 1 time we have had any issues. Looking forward to staying again in early march for our 2 sons birthdays. Thankyou
