We arrived at the property at 9:30, safely before the 10:00 cutoff, but when we followed the instructions at the callbox to get into the building, we only got voicemail. I received a call back and text an hour later, after we had thankfully managed to get in. The property itself was very nice except that the bed had only a sheet and thin bedspread and there was no extra blanket or comforter to be found. For November in Seattle in a place with concrete floors, it made things pretty chilly. Also, I received about 20 emails and texts from Orbitz, VRBO, and Vacasa for this single reservation, most of which were needless to say repetitive, unnecessary and annoying. While this might not be directly the property’s fault, I assume it has something to do with listing through multiple services.
