Enjoy a relaxing family vacation in this spacious home. Located steps from the best restaurants in Sea Isle and right next door to everyone’s favorite dessert destination, Marita’s Homemade Ice Cream. This comfortable, newer condo is close to everything and offers a gas fireplace, gleaming hardwood floors, high ceilings, a covered outdoor balcony. The kitchen includes a sit-up eating island for 5, as well as an open concept dining area with a dining table for 6 more, providing ample space for entertaining. 3 bedrooms in all, 2 with Queen beds and the third offers a full-size top & bottom bunk bed for the kids. Renters are provided with 4 beach tags, a covered, assigned parking space and a separate parking pass that allows for unlimited street parking (except loading areas) for an additional vehicle. Outside storage for beach chairs & equipment is also provided! The building is equipped with an elevator for simple & easy arrival and move-in.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
