The entire living space is equipped with elegant parquet flooring and immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. With three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable double beds and the other with two single beds, this apartment offers a luxurious retreat for the whole family.



The two bathrooms feature modern showers that combine comfort and style. The open kitchen is a highlight, state-of-the-art and equipped with a central bar furniture island that is ideal for relaxed aperitifs with your loved ones.

A historic Stüva, which has been completely restored and delightfully smells of pine, invites you to linger and even offers an additional sleeping option for two people. Enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking view of the Inn River and the historic bridge from the small garden. The living area is perfectly equipped for relaxation with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.



The grill is located in the basement/laundry room. The washing machine and dryer are also located there. They are exclusive to the apartment and included in the rent.
