Waterfront haven

Excellent , right on the beach location . Very private . Short drive to Sciacca center . Silvio his brother Carmelo and their father Filipino we wonderful and very accommodating . We loved our stay .

Kleine Oase

Diese kleine Oase mit eigenem, über wenige Treppen zu erreichenden, Zugang zum Meer ist für Ruhe Suchende ideal. Das hübsche Haupt-Haus, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Wohnzimmer und Küche, ist mit allem Nötigen und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Fenster / Tür sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen und WLAN mit sehr guter Verbindung sowie Fernseher / Spielekonsole / Musikanlage (haben wir nicht genutzt) sind vorhanden. Im Außenbereich, befinden sich auf zwei Ebenen, großzügig ausgestattete und beschattete Sitzgelegenheiten jeweils mit Holzkohle-Grill, eine Waschmaschine und jede Menge Kräuter. Durch ein elektrisches Einfahrtstor gelangt man auf die lange Einfahrt, hier kann man bequem 2 – 3 Fahrzeuge parken. Das sehr gepflegte Grundstück, der große, wunderschön angelegte Garten und die Sonnenterrasse versetzen einen, wenn man die unmittelbare Umgebung vergleicht, in eine andere Welt. Die Vermieter Silvio und sein Bruder Carmelo sowie deren Eltern sind super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Silvio ist jeder Zeit erreichbar und kümmert sich rührend um alle Belange. Er fragt regelmäßig nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist, er gibt Tipps für Sehenswertes, oder wo man einkaufen kann. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen, vielen Dank an Silvio, Carmelo und Eltern.

un petit paradis...

Une très belle surprise que cette maison, bordée d'un jardin tropical avec bougainvilliers, fleurs d'ibiscus... et au bout d'un portillon une petite plage de sable, idéale pour les enfants (et les grands!). Située à une 10è de minutes de Sciacca où se trouvent toutes les commodités, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Silvio et toute sa famille dans ce petit coin de paradis, idéal pour se détendre et se reposer! Au delà du lieu, Silvio, mais également Carmello qui prend soin du jardin, Paola, Filippo e la Mama nous ont fait découvrir les spécialités culinaires de leur pays dans la joie, la bonne humeur et la convivialité!!! Merci à toute la famille pour ces bons moments, nous recommandons cette location sans réserve et espérons revenir très bientôt...
