Relaxing with great views

Extremely clean and well appointed with an amazing location. Terrace was superb and the closeness and emptiness of beach was brilliant -safe and snorkelling opportunities...A really special property with friendly, helpful host and great communication. Good bars and restaurants and shops within a short walk. Felt very secure including parking with electric gates. Air con throughout and all rooms very well maintained with comfy beds. Ideal quiet getaway with the locals/ Italians. Would love to go back!

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing views. Great balcony and roof terrace. The girls loved being on the beach which we largely had to ourselves! Supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and only 15-20 minutes walk into town.

Uitzicht op zee

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst met veel uitleg over de accommodatie. Helaas weigerde de afzuigkap en dat het drie verdiepingen hoog was, was niet bekend. Veel trappen lopen dus. Maar het appartement was erg comfortabel. En het uitzicht op de haven en de zee was magnifiek. Absoluut een aanrader !

Casa sulla spiaggia

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto in questo meraviglioso appartamento nei pressi di Sciacca. La casa è situata al secondo piano di una palazzina che si affaccia direttamente sulla sabbia del mare di Sciacca. All’esterno un comodo e non scontato posteggio esclusivo e recintato. Salite due o tre rampe di scale (che il secondo giorno non fanno più paura) ci ritroviamo in un ampio/comodo/lucente appartamento interamente climatizzato con tre camere da letto e due bagni più che funzionali e pieni di tutte le necessità. Nella zona ingresso oltre ad un ampio disimpegno c’è il soggiorno/cucina spazioso luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il soggiorno/cucina, come la camera padronale, si affacciano su un ampio terrazzo situato direttamente sopra la spiaggia. E poi arriviamo al terrazzo/tetto situato proprio sopra la casa. Top! 140 mt di terrazzo ad uso esclusivo con uno spazio prendisole con 4 sdraio. Una copertura con un ampio tavolo e un lavello. Completa il tutto il barbecue e sopratutto due docce esterne con acqua calda che sono fondamentali per vivere praticamente un intera giornata senza entrare in casa. Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per soggiornare e visitare la parte meridionale della Sicilia oltre che fermarsi alla spiaggia sotto casa. Monica e Giusy sono state cordiali e disponibili

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e attrezzato nei minimi particolari. Pulito, luminoso, spazioso, arieggiato (abbiamo acceso raramente l’aria condizionata). Posizione perfetta, sulla riva ma non lontano dai servizi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Consiglio caldamente l’affitto di questo immobile anche per la presenza del terrazzo sovrastante che è incantevole e enorme.

En helt fantastisk lejlighed, med perfekt beliggenhed

Vores ankomst til lejligheden og udlevering af nøgler gik helt uden problemer. Vi blev indlogeret af Enzo, og selvom Enzo ikke kunne engelsk og vi ikke kunne italiensk, så gik det fint med at forstå hinanden. Ferie lejligheden er rigtig smuk, indbydende og rummelig, og ligger direkte på stranden. Billederne i annoncen svarer fuldstænding til virkeligheden. Lejligheden er meget veludstyret, der mangler absolut INTET og ALT fungererer perfekt. Aircondition i alle rum, var rigtig godt og fungerede perfekt, men indimellem hoppede el måleren af, hvis vi brugte opvaskemaskine eller vaskemaskine samtidig med aircondition, men det var ikke et større problem end at vi kun brugte maskinerne , når vi var ude af huset. De 2 dobbeltsenge var meget livlige når man ligger 2 i dem og bevæger sig, måske kunne flere ben under sengene løse problemet eller nye sengerammer? Tagterrassen var virkelig vidunderlig og et stort ekstra plus til denne lejlighed. Den er udstyret med et stort antal liggestole, borde og stole, og bruserne var dejlige når det blev for varmt. Udsigten var utrolig smuk og om aftenen kunne vi ligge deroppe og se på stjerner. Vi grillede hver aften på tagterrassen, det var helt perfekt. Altanen har også en god størrelse, så vi kunne nyde vores morgenmad derude hver dag, og se direkte ned på stranden. Stranden var aldrig overfyldt og vandet var fint, i kælderetagen var det muligt at låne flere forskellige siddestole til stranden. Vi var også meget tilfredse med den port låste parkeringsplads, hvor bilen kunne stå sikkert. Byen ligger ca 15-20 minutter væk, men man kan godt tage bilen derop og finde en betalings parkeringsplads (det var ikke dyrt). Byen er smuk og meget hyggelig og der er ikke mange turister (kun få italienske),men absolut ikke kedelig, der er gode butikker og restauranter og en smuk udsigt udover havet. i lejligheden ligger der flere brochurer på ture man kan tage på, men vi kan varmt anbefale at man selv lejer bil og kører rundt på sicilien og oplever den smukke ø og de spændende seværdigheder. En tur til ETNA er helt fantastisk og noget man bør opleve. Det er dyrt men alle pengene værd, en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Vi kørte selv derover på 3,5 timer og tog en overnatning i Taormina (en smuk by med masser af butikker, men også meget turistet), så det var dejligt at komme tilbage til Sciacca. Vi kan varmt anbefale Monica og hendes lejlighed, En perle i et sandt paradis.

Vacanza direttamente sul mare in grazioso appartamento di Sciacca

Abbiamo appena finito la nostra vacanza in questo appartamento affacciato sul mare di Sciacca. È stata una buona scelta: l’appartamento è molto luminoso con un ampia cucina/soggiorno con un balcone direttamente sul mare. Al terzo piano con la disponibilità di un’ampia terrazza al quarto attrezzata con tavolo, sedie, lettini , due docce ed un comodo caminetto barbecue. Posizione tranquilla che ci ha permesso un buon riposo notturno. Peccato manchi l’ascensore.....

Apartamento super grande y recien renovado. Terraza espectacular.

Interior del apartamento espectacular. Espacioso. Recien renovado. Salón/cocina muy grande. Habitaciones comodísimas. La terraza-ático es tambien grandiosa. Mesa muy cómoda para comer o cenar, muy grande. Acceso directo desde el piso de abajo a la pequeña playa de arena justo en frente. Dormir con el ruido de las olas es un lujo. Un supermercado a 10 minutos a pie. Zona muy tranquila. La limpieza exquisita! Mónica es una excelente propietaria.

Großzügige moderne Wohnung mit kleinen Tücken

Die Wohnung am Rand von Sciacca im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt am Meer und mit großer Dachterrasse ist sehr geräumig und großzügig modern möbliert. Der Blick aufs Meer ist phantastisch und die Küchenausstattung ist - mit Ausnahme des Backofens - hervorragend. Ein fehlender Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse wurde nach Nachfrage sehr kurzfristig installiert; für den Balkon gab es leider keinen, was die Benutzbarkeit (pralle Südseite) sehr einschränkte. Weitere kleine "Tücken" waren nur lauwarmes bzw. zu wenig Duschwasser und fehlende Bettdecken (es gab nur Leintücher). Für die Gesamtbewertung ist für uns allerdings das direkte Umfeld noch wichtig; der direkte Strandzugang ist zwar vorhanden, aber der Strand ist leider vermüllt und die Umgebung macht insgesamt einen aufwertungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Von den Entfernungen her ist zu Fuß viel zu erreichen, allerdings sind die Wege nicht unbedingt attraktiv und fußfängerfreundlich.

Tolle Wohnung in Traumlage

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vom 3.10.2017 - 12.10 17 in der tollen Wohnung. Traumlage diekt am Strand in ruhiger Lage am Ende der Straße. Riesige Dachterasse mit Duschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe und auch Restaurants mit frischem Fisch. Der Hafen ist ganz in der Nähe. Zur Stadt Sciacca etwa 20 Minuten Fussweg. Gute Ausgangslage für viele Sehenswürdigkarten in näherer und weiterer Umgebung. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
