This beautifully renovated and well-equipped farmhouse anno 1740

Beautiful, charming wooden farmhouse in the center of the Bavarian Forest Schöllnach. 1740 first mentioned. Lovingly and heritage protection laws renovated equipped with all comforts.

In the immediate vicinity you will find everything an athlete's heart desires, cross-country skiing, ski trails, biking trails Danube / Ilz, curling, tobogganing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, archery, swimming and spa in Eging at the lake or in the outdoor pool Schoellnach.

There are each a double bed in both bedrooms. The larger bedroom also offers a sofa bed (1.20m wide), ideal for children. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The house is 90 sqm, the garden about 280 sqm. Garden furniture for warm summer nights are available. A large grill is naturally one of our basic equipment. In the house is a historical bread oven, where you can also wonderful bake pizza!

On site you will be greeted by our housekeeper, who will tell you all the amenities of our hotel.
Dogs are welcome.
Dog noses are charged a flat rate of 7 € / day. Children up to two years for nothing.

Since it is a wooden house there unfortunately absolutely no smoking in the house.
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

The property was ok
We missed a living room with comfortble chairs, in and outside. The rest of the house was very pleasant. The traffic along-side the house was annoying, it was too busy. The property was very well situated for ervery kind of doings.

Hallo und ein gutes neues Jahr wünschen wir ihnen Frau Müller. Wir möchten Bescheid geben, daß wir heute schon abgereist sind. Zur Bewertung dieses Häuschens möchten wir gerne ein paar Anmerkungen machen. Der Preis für das Haus war in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.Die Bilder einer alten Berghütte impliziert Ruhe eine schöne Lage, schöner Ausblick...Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer ging direkt gegen eine unverletzt Bimswand, der Blick nach vorne gegen ein dauerhaft blinkendes Klettergerüst, die stark befahrene Straße geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Das Haus ist eingefercht zwischen Betonbauten. Wo ist da bitte die IDYLLE? Das Haus ist alt und lässt sich auch mit dem Ofen gut heizen. Aber für ein Haus dieser Klasse ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir würden dis mit VORTEUSCHEN FALSCHER TATSACHEN beschreiben. Wir machen öfter Urlaub auf und in Hütten kennen also die Gegebenheiten .... lange Rede... denken Sie mal bitte darüber nach ob Sie uns entsprechend entschädigen und ob Sie Ihre Anzeige entsprechend ändern. Das Häuschen ist schön urig, bayrisch und total schnuckelig, mein Sohn wollte nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen es ist alles da was man benötigt. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Das ist ein zauberhaftes altes Haus. Ich würde es liebenswürdig Hexenhaus nennen. Es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Leider war die Ortsdurchfahrt Schöllnach gesperrt sodass die Autos an die Straße umgeleitet wurden an der das Haus liegt. Dadurch war Autoverkehr zu hören. Aber das nenne ich mal ein Luxusproblem. Nachts war Ruhe. Das Haus ist für vier Erwachsene absolut ausreichend. Alles sehr urig und romantisch. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienhaus im alten bayerischen Stil. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Restaurant in der Nähe sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Lediglich die Nähe zur Straße ist recht laut und es hätten ein paar weniger Spinnenweben sein können. Wir kommen trotzdem sehr gerne wieder!

Okay, aber...
Es ist klar, Spinnweben gehören dazu..ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit könnte dennoch nicht schaden. ansonsten...das Haus wie gezeigt, macht Nachts Geräusche was bei Holzhäusern normal ist. Die Treppen sind für Hunde eventuell etwas steil. Garten ist sehr schön.

Wespen satt, laue Temperaturen im Bauernhaus, rauher Umgangston
FH befindet sich an einer Ortsdurchfahrt, dass im Herbsturlaub bei geschlossenen Fenstern keine große Einschränkung darstellt. Für uns problematisch war u.a. das Heizen mit Heizlüftern. Der in der Anzeige abgebildete Nachtspeicherofen ist generell im ganzen Haus nicht mehr verfügbar. Nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist wurde die Info mitgeteilt, dass nur über Heizlüfter und Holzöfen das Haus beheizt werden kann. Zudem hat sich sogleich nach Ankunft herausgestellt, dass mehrere verendete und fliegende Wespen sich im Haus befanden. Das Problem war der Eigentümerin bekannt, wurde aber mit Terminschwierigkeiten der Firma zunächst begründet. Erst durch unseren Hinweis, dass der Wespenbefall zur sofortigen Abreise unsererseits führen würde, wurde der Kammerjäger als Notdienst beauftragt. Nach Einschätzung des Kammerjägers hat sich das Wespennest im Laufe des Sommers von außen nach innen ins Schlafzimmer durchgearbeitet, es bestehe dringender Handlungsbedarf. Leider hatten wir bis zum Ende unseres knapp einwöchigen Aufenthaltes mit immer wieder fliegenden Wespen zu tun. Mit der Eigentümerin konnte leider kein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe geführt werden. Der Hinweis, dass Sie selbst Anwältin wäre und verweichlichte Großstädter eben nicht genau wüßten, wie Häuser zu beheizen wären, war hierbei auch wenig hilfreich.

Ein schönes uriges Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten :-)
Alles in allem war es super, schönes Häuschen mit viel Platz, mehreren Zimmern für die Familie und schön urig (wer das mag). Grillmöglichkeit mit Feuerschale super! Alles was man braucht war auch vorhanden. Kann man weiterempfehlen.
