The house is only rented for vacation purposes, not for business trips.

In Schliersee, the rustic holiday home Oberrißtraum is situated in an outbuilding, which was built in 1980 and is part of the Oberrißhof. The property is located on a slope, surrounded by meadows and offers a breathtaking view of the Schliersee and the mountain range on the horizon. The cosy accommodation features a living room with a double bed and a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot and a children's bed. Outside you will find a furnished balcony with an amazing view of the foothills of the Alps and a private garden with furniture and a barbecue. There is also a children's playground on the property for the little guests of the house. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are only 1.5 km away. After 1.3 km or a 20-minute walk you will find the shore of the Schliersee, where you can spend relaxing hours with your loved ones. Experience the picturesque atmosphere of the foothills of the Alps and explore the numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area.



Please note that the apartment is part of a farm with animals. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are available. Ski storage is possible.



The driveway to the accommodation is very steep but can be reached with a normal car on an asphalted road (up to the yard). In winter, if there is snow, the accommodation may only be accessible with a four-wheel drive, snow chains or on foot, and by arrangement by shuttle.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. A TV comes with satellite channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Ruhige Lage, traumhafte Aussicht, freundliche Gastgeber

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt oberhalb des Schliersees sehr genossen. Die steile Hanglage bescherte Ruhe vom betriebsamen Ort Schliersee bei gleichzeitig schnell erreichbarem Bahnhof, Läden und Wanderrouten (auch ohne Auto). Der Ausblick war traumhaft, ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft (Gastgeberfamilie, Kühe, Natur). Wir kamen erholt zurück und bedanken uns sehr!

Es war wunderschön und Familienfreundlich!

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist unbeschreiblich schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und super lieb zu unserem Kind! Unsere Tochter durfte die Kühe streicheln, auf dem Ponny sitzen, das Futter für die Kühe mit umrühren. (Wir waren fasziniert wie zutraulich die Kühe sind, allein daran sieht man was für Tolle Menschen die Gastgeber sind!) Sie wurde direkt mit einbezogen und ihre Augen waren am strahlen! Bei Fragen wurde uns direkt weitergeholfen! Es gab sogar ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden. Handtücher, Küchenrollen, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, wirklich alles was man braucht war dort. Noch nie haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser Unterkunft! Es war einfach nur wunderschön und wirklich so unfassbar Familienfreundlich! Danke für die schöne Zeit! Wir können es wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!
