The detached holiday home has a living space of approx. 80 sqm and is located on a plot of approx. 500 sqm with a closed garden.
There is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Living area with kitchen (again in 20019!), Door to the sunny and sheltered garden and a garden house, 3 bedrooms, all with box spring bought in 2018.
Around the house, about 400 square meters, lots of sun and shade options, 2 sides terrace, very protected and very on all sides
peaceful.

Die Treppe zu den 2 Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss ist sehr steil. Leider war an einer Stelle der Zaun nur ca. 30cm hoch. Im Gartenhaus lag noch etwas Zaun. Wir hatten glücklicherweise Kabelbinder dabei und konnten somit die Lücke zum Nachbargrundstück schließen. Hinter den Dünen ist zwar direkt das Meer, allerdings kein Badestrand. Diesen erreicht man jedoch mit dem Fahrrad oder PKW innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Angenehme, ruhige Lage, wenige Minuten zum Deich , zum Sandstrand um die 20 min alle Utensilien für Kochen etc. Reichlich Vorhanden eingezäunter Garten mit Möbeln unkomplizierter Check in/out-im Schlafzimmer unten wären Rolladen schön

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und ruhigem Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit Hund ist dieses Objekt mit seinem abgeschlossenen Garten optimal geeignet !!

Entspannter Urlaub mit Hund in Meeresnähe

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, allerdings haben wir nur die untere Etage genutzt. Treppe sehr steil. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, super mit Hund. Sehr schöne Strände und Naturschutzgebiete in der Nähe.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub zum Entspannen

Haus und Garten in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ein,- und Aus,-Checken sehr unkompliziert. Lage super! Waren mit Hund da und hatten viel Spaß an den wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Für Backofen wäre eine Gebrauchsanweisung nicht schlecht, sind damit nicht so richtig zurecht gekommen. Zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen Optimal. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Treppe im Haus ist sehr steil, das ist schade aber war für uns Erwachsene kein Problem. Die Straße, die direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft - aber durch die Hecke nicht zu sehen ist - hat mich davon abgehalten, dass ich mich im hinteren Garten aufhalte. Im Garten vor dem Haus habe ich gerne gesessen. Richtig klasse ist, dass der Garten rundherum eingezäunt ist, super mit Hund oder kleinem Kind. Und die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt und es war so nett dort morgens und abends mit dem Hund die verschiedenen Runden zu drehen.

Mooie plek op loopafstand van dorpje en strand. In omgeving ook genoeg te doen. Huisje was kleiner dan gedacht. Met 6 is de woonkamer wat krap. Maar netjes en de twee fietsen en bbq waren onverwachte extra’s

mooi verblijf

mooie woning op een park doch geen hinder van andere parkbewoners. enige geluidsoverlast van de weg achter het huis. verder alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. het huis is schoon en de tuin is prima. zon en schaduw. Wij zullen het ook van harte aanbevelen.
