Dreckig und unaufgeräumt

Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht nochmals mieten. Der Vormieter hatte in der Waschmaschine Wäsche vergessen und das Kinderspielzeug nicht weggeräumt. Es fehlten circa 1/3 aller Leuchtmittel, in der Küche stapelten sich abgelaufene Lebensmittel, im Flur gab es undefinierbare chemische Gerüche, der Badewannenablauf war verstopft, überall lag Staub, die Küchenoberflächen waren verschmiert, die Fenster waren voller Schlieren. Der Balkon ist verdreckt.Die Vermietung und Pflege einer Ferienwohnung organisiert sich nicht von selbst, die Vermieterin kommt ihren Verpflichtungen nicht nach. Für uns ist diese Ferienwohnung tabu.

Top Lage, ansonsten.....

Einfacher Check in, ansonsten hätte die Wohnung sauberer sein können. Tierhaare im WZ. Wäsche in und auf der Waschmaschine.Im Kühlschrank ein angefangen es Glas Majo, im Gefrierfach Essen. Mülleimer waren nicht geleert. Abgelaufenes Magenmittel hinter der Küchentür. Kein Wischer in der Wohnung und der Staubsauger Beutel war auch voll und natürlich keiner da zum Tauschen. Hlabe Duschtür fehlt.Also mit der Selbstreinigung muss mehr kontrolliert werden. Größe der Wohnung top, ansonsten sieht man uns nicht wieder

Alptraum

Wir konnten das Appartement leider nicht ausprobieren weil meine Freundin krank geworden ist und ich kurzfristig auf der Arbeit einspringen musste. Hatte versucht den Eigentümer des Appartements zu kontaktieren und wollte 4 Tage vor Reiseantritt eine gegenseitige für beide befriedigende Lösung finden. Leider ohne Erfolg. Es kam kein Entgegenkommen ihrerseits. Wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen- eine Stornogebühr hätten wir akzeptiert. Bei anderen Appartements bezahlt man erst bei Ankunft und kann bis zu einem Tag vorher kostenlos stornieren. -

Nur das Wetter war nicht schön

Die Wohnung war o.k. Wie beschrieben, also kein 5* Hotel/Wohnung. Nur mit dem Schlüssel haben wir uns schwergetan. Es gibt auch ein paar Sachen die nicht mehr i.O. sind. Der staubsauger müsste ausgetauscht werden, und die Duschecke müsste eine neue Tür bekommen. Aber das Fazit ist, für das Geld ist das eine gute Unterkunft in Strandnähe.

Schöner Urlaub, top Lage, reicht vollkommen

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Allein der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist top Wie in der Beschreibung ist sie nicht neu oder modern eingerichtet, wer aber nur eine Wohnung zum schlafen braucht für den ist sie top Die Duschabtrennung sowie Licht im Schlafzimmer müsste erneuert werden Auch das Sofa ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und zum Schlafen nicht sehr brauchbar Aber alles in allem Top und wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung Top Lage

Es war sehr schön die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.Im Haus war es sehr ruhig.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur eine Minute. Bäcker und alles was man braucht im Umkreis von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
