l'appartamento e' immerso nella campagna, lontano dal traffico e rumore di macchine e si trova vicino sia al suggestivo paese di Scarlino e la rinomata Follonica con il suo lungomare affollato e dove si trovano ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Anche le piu' rinomate spiagge della zona sono raggiungibili in auto in meno di 15 minuti.L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per una comoda vacanza ed il terrazzo offre una veduta spettacolare specialmehte al tramonto!

Ottima base di partenza

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti a fine agosto 2022 e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La signora Mariateresa è stata disponibile nel venirci incontro con gli orari del check-in. Il residence è a 15 minuti di macchina dalle Cale più belle! (: (la strada per raggiungere l’alloggio rimane comunque parecchio stretta e in pendenza, risulta quindi isolato)

L'appartamento è molto bello e con tutto il necessario. Terrazzo comodissimo per pranzo e cena. Posizionamento dell'appartamento in luogo tranquillo e silenzioso, immerso nel verde. Comodo per spostarsi tra la Costa degli Etruschi e Maremma. La signora Teresa è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo soggiorno.

Permanenza piacevole, proprio quello che cercavamo!

Siamo stati molto felici di aver trovato questo appartamento; il vantaggio principale è sicuramente la posizione strategica, a metà strada per le principali destinazioni e luoghi d'interesse della zona. Inoltre l'appartamento è esattamente come si presenta nelle foto e anche meglio! :) Abbiamo in particolar modo apprezzato l'ampia terrazza, per godere delle ultime ore della sera e il tramonto dopo una giornata di mare.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito, in una bella zona residenziale con davanti un panorama incantevole. Check in e check out veloci. Un plus il parcheggio sotto casa e l'abbondanza di stoviglie e pentolame vario.

Siamo stati presso l' alloggio la settimana dopo ferragosto. Appartamento accessoriato di tutto, pulito e ben curato. Zona molto tranquilla e vicina ad alcune delle calette e spiagge più belle della Toscana. Terrazza con vista collinare ottima per un aperitivo al tramonto. Soggiorno molto consigliato!!
