Summary:
Beautiful Victorian apartment with many original features all finished to a high standard. Guests can be at the beach or in the centre of town within a 10 minutes walk. There is 1 king size bedroom with a Simba Mattress as well as a small double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is part of a quiet Victorian crescent on the South Cliff near to Valley Bridge. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants within a close proximity. We also allow well behaved pets.

The Space:
On arrival guests will be treated to a choice of either; 1 Bottle of Red & 1 Bottle of white wine OR a Small Gift Hamper. A message will be sent closer to your visit date for you to advise your preference before arrival.

Entrance
At the front of the apartment is a pedestrian accessible gate leading to steps up to the original front door. This then provides access to a small communal lobby with 1 low flight of stairs continuing to the apartment.

Living Space
The spacious living room is decorated in a traditional yet contemporary style, and is lit with 3 full height original sash windows giving the room a bright and open feel, with views of the local crescent green and church.
This room also contains the dining table as well as comfortable seating on the sofas around the smart TV & Bluetooth soundbar. One of the sofas transforms into a small double sofa bed, an extra mattress topper can also be found under the bed in the bedroom.

Kitchen
The galley kitchen is a separate traditional style & has a fire escape leading to the back of the property (please do not use this other than for fire emergencies). Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, small dishwasher & Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Bedroom
The spacious bedroom has a king size bed & comfortable Simba mattress along with smart TV for bedtime viewing. The full height window gives views over Scarborough valley.

Bathroom
The main bathroom is fresh and modern, featuring a large shower, toilet, sink and mirror & bidet. Towels are provided for your stay.

1 week+ stays: if you would like a mid stay clean please contact us and we can arrange for one of our cleaners to pop by for an additional charge.
There is also a serviced launderette round the corner or a coin wash service near to the castle if you would like us to provide you details of these.

Guest Access:
Parking: There is free on street parking outside of the apartment, regulated by a parking permit, which will be provided on arrival.
Parking disc will also be provided which provides access to any disc zone around Scarborough - please ensure signs are checked for times.

Motorcycles & bicycles can be parked off road behind the front gate.

Other Things to Note:
An additional mattress to provide added comfort on the sofa bed can be found under the bed.
