The house was perfect for us to spend the week for Christmas. There was plenty of space for us (4 adults and 1 dog) and well appointed. The two car garage was perfect so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The location was wonderful, everything was walkable. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this house! Having never been to Savannah before we were in town for a work conference so being in the city was important. This home was not only great location wise but it had the perfect blend of history, age, and modern touches to it. The appliances are new, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, the bath towels were luxury. Having a comfortable bed is the most important thing and I am so glad this house has them. It was the cherry on top to be able to sit on the balcony at the end of the day and watch life go by like the people and ghost tours. I am so thankful this house allowed dogs and I would have never guessed because of how clean and well taken care of the home is.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at this property. The location can’t be beat and the place was just as pictured. The bonus was the walk out window to the upstairs balcony. Great communication with property owner. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay there again.

Amazing Property in Downtown Area

This property was gorgeous and met my group’s needs wonderfully, and I would love to stay here again. Our only minor issues were working around the relatively late check-in time and early check-out time (I would ask about moving it next time), and the shower handle in the non-adjoined bathroom broke off (but was still functional and is likely an easy fix).

Great historic home in perfect location. Park your car in the garage and walk a short distance to river street and city market. A few more blocks to Forsyth Park, Cathedral, Mercer House. Kick back and relax in accommodations.

Terrific home, terrific location!

This is a well-appointed, beautiful home in an ideal location. Restaurants and attractions are generally only a short walk away yet the home is in an attractive neighborhood away from the busyness and noise of other areas. We loved the second floor patio and the front porch, and the garage is a huge bonus.

Awesome, walkable location. The house is very cute and the neighborhood kitty was very friendly. The front room windows are not great at blocking street sound but we set up a sound machine for sleeping and it was ok.
