Excellent accommodation in the heart of Savannah. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out and truly relax, and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The location couldn’t have been better—within easy walking distance of downtown’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, and literally across the street from the River District.For those traveling with a car, the on-site garage with space for two vehicles was a huge convenience. The outdoor area was another highlight, featuring ample seating, a BBQ, and a fire pit—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this property, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re back in town.

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip of 8. Perfect location, Beautifully decorated, and had tons of character. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Property management checked in on us via text several times to see if everything was going well!

Girls' trip

Friends for over 50 years stayed at this wonderful home. Everything was wonderful, from the communication, check-in through check-out reminders. The only "downside" was the busy street the house was located on, BUT that was easily ignored since we were located so close to the waterfront and the historic district. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this house.

Exceptional location and a stunning home

The location could not have been better. One street back from the river front with an easy walk to countless restaurants and shopping, next time I’m back in Savannah this will be my first listing to look for!

In for awedding

We came for a family wedding. The home was walking distance from the venue and nearby shops and restaurants. It is nice to have a place to stay that still provides each person the privacy they would not have at a hotel without several rooms. We were very happy with our stay.

We had an awesome Thanksgiving week in Savannah and this property was a big reason why. Plenty of space for nine of us (3 couples, 3 college students). It’s an old house with great charm. Weather was nice so we got to spend time on large back patio chatting and eating as well as the sun room porch. Garage was big too. It’s on Bay Street so traffic was a bit loud in the morning but that’s part of being so close to everything. We walked to 8 parks on a historic downtown scenic stroll and was very convenient. We spent some time by river which is right across street and 10-15 walk to Plant Riverside for food/drinks and holiday decorations. If you’re looking for something really convenient near all the historic parts of Savannah this is hard to beat. The pool we had access to was 30-45 minutes away in Tybee so never went there.

Terrific Location!

Great value for the location and size of this house. You’re perfectly positioned directly across from the river walk and just about everything is in walking distance. Plus, finding a house to fit my large family, and everyone still have enough room for privacy, is hard to come by.

Cousin Gathering

Cousins were driving to Florida and were planning a short stay in Savannah. We gathered from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Atlanta for three days of sightseeing, eating and shopping. The location was perfect for all the things. The decor provided an elegant yet relaxing atmosphere.

I would rent this home again.

For being the age that the house is, it was in pretty good condition. Everyone that stayed in the house during our vacation loved the home and looked up some of the history on it since it was actually moved from another location in Savannah. We plan to rent the house again in the future.

Great Place for a group Bachelorette Trip

This was a great place to stay with a large group. We had a lot of space to move about for the different activities that we had planned. On top of that, we didn't have to Uber to any of our locations around Savannah. Our longest walk was 12 minutes and the area is cute to walk around. It was a great bonus to get to stay in such an old and historic house!
