1872 Apartment w/ Parking & Private Courtyard

Located in the Historic District of Downtown Savannah, just a block and a half from Forsyth Park (Savannah's "central park") which hosts a farmer's market every Saturday from 9am-1pm, live music and other community events. Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants - Black Rabbit, Back in the Day Bakery, Collins Quarter, Local 11ten/Perch, Legion, and White Wale.

A spacious 2-bedroom garden level apartment located on peaceful Bolton Street - one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a full-sized bed with brand new mattresses. Fully-equipped kitchen. Recently renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house was built in 1872 and has a beautiful courtyard with grapefruit, blood orange, lemon trees and a grape vine.

Guests will have access to the unit through the private front-entrance or through the back gate, where there are two exclusive off-street parking spots available for use (a rarity in downtown Savannah).

The owner lives in the two-floors above the apartment. Two friendly cats live on the premises and are occasionally lounging in the courtyard. The laundry room, which is next to the kitchen is shared with the owner, however there are blinds for privacy.
The apartment features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.
