Beautiful old home. Very responsive to questions and we highly recommend!Couple of suggestions: Let quests know they need to drive in alley to get to driveway.Have a guest book with local recommendations and history of home.Have a bit more pots and pans to cook in amazing kitchen!

Big house but lacks upkeep

This house could be amazing…with some work. It looks like it sits vacant the majority of the time. The yard was unkept, the back porch was dirty (leaves, dirt, spider webs). The inside surfaces were clean but the carpet is really bad and the windows were dirty. The house does not have air conditioning so opening the windows was required. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. The spacious living room was perfect for our family of 10 to watch a movie together. Obvious water damage in upstairs bathroom ceiling. The third floor has some really interesting spaces (a little creepy).

An amazing, historical house in a beautiful setting. We felt transported back in time with all the added modern touches. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the covered back porch. Very quiet despite being in a residential setting very close to downtown.
