Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. We enjoyed 4 nights in a ladies trip. All of the beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and white. The location was outstanding being in the heart of Saugatuck and shops were so close. View of the lake from the unit was only from the rooftop porch, but nice. A suggestion to make the stay nicer is to put a chest of drawers in each bedroom so you don’t have to live out of your luggage. There is space for that. Main bathtub was a very slow drain, just needs repair. We were pleasantly surprised that there was an elevator to use. Thank God for that. Our fire detectors went off about 4 times briefly then stopped. There was a lot of personal owners possessions in the unit like toiletries, cleaning items, ( unusual in a rental)….. some people may see that as a positive. Lots of stuff stored in the closets making it difficult to put our things away. Nice place overall. Small. I would rate it above average with some opportunity to improve.

The condo was perfect but although we knew that an Asian restaurant was beneath us, we had no idea that the restaurant would be open for a private party until 1:00 am. The noise was deafening. We were unable to sleep or use the terrace. It definitely ruined our stay.
