The Space:

Step inside and you’ll find solid wood floors, cozy furnishings, and even a piano in the living room—ideal for evenings of music, games, and laughter. The dining room features a bench-style table with views of the backyard deck, while the kitchen is equipped with electric appliances and hardwood cabinetry and plenty of appliances to make cooking easy. Guests really love the sunroom which has tons of natural light as well as a TV.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully set up with a king bed, a full bed, and two sets of bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility. With two full bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow with ease.



Outdoors, enjoy a spacious yard shaded by tall trees and a large deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Best of all, the home is walkable to Lake Michigan beaches and Saugatuck’s charming downtown—restaurants, shops, and galleries are right at your doorstep.



Extras like 3 bikes, in-home laundry, and parking for up to 6 cars make your stay effortless. Sidewalks connect you throughout town, so exploring couldn’t be easier.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
