We offer you an air-conditioned, fully equipped guest room on the upper floor of our Périgord house, set in an exceptional natural environment just a 10-minute walk from Sarlat’s historic center. The entire floor is reserved for you and includes a spacious lounge with TV and Wi-Fi, plus a private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Homemade breakfast is served each morning, either on the terrace or in the dining room. Enjoy access to the outdoor pool (open in season), terrace, barbecue, stove, fridge, and dishes to prepare your meals. A second room can be provided for an additional fee, accommodating up to 2 more guests. Please contact the hosts via the booking platform messaging after reservation to discuss.

Welcome to our Périgord-style guesthouse, set on a preserved 5-hectare estate of meadows, woods, and horses, just a 10-minute walk from Sarlat’s historic center. Enjoy a peaceful natural setting that combines authenticity with immediate access to the medieval town—perfect for relaxing while exploring the treasures of the Périgord Noir.

Outdoor spaces include a large seasonal pool (5 x 10 m), a furnished terrace for dining and relaxing, and a barbecue. Sabine and Phillipe are wonderful, kind hosts. They have lived in the area a long time and are thus very knowledgeable and can answer any touristic questions you have. The property is beautiful and peaceful. It’s an easy walk into Sarlat from their place

Super séjour d’une nuit , nos hôtes si sympathiques et accueillants. Tout est parfait, avec un merveilleux petit déjeuner sur la bellle terrasse entourée de verdure. On nous a même amenés dans un endroit magnifique pour nous baigner dans la Dordogne:-)! Je recommande absolument ce gîte où rien ne manque.

Pros: Beaucoup de choses à visiter sur les conseil des hôtes ...châteaux...deux grottes goufre formidables pour la vue et l'histoire de leur découverte et biensure la gastronomie de la région sans oublier le marché de Sarlat
