Our stay at Hyde Park Villa was amazing. Can't say enough good things about the location of the house, super quiet neighborhood and close to all places we visited. The house itself is spectacular- spacious, clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the master shower. We will stay again when we are in the area next year.

Our family loved the whole house. Comfortable beds, well-decorated house with a wonderful outdoor area. clean, air-conditioned pool. The house is well located near all markets. It was our best stay in all the other houses we have ever stayed in.

Centrally located, very private.

Nicer than the pictures! The property is well maintained and fully furnished. While we loved the many local beaches, we used the pool more frequently. The home is comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back.

In light of back to back hurricanes that effected my home on Siesta Key, i found it necessary to stay at this residence. The location was quiet, convenient and roomy.

Great house, great neighborhood, great experience!

We had a really good stay at this property. The company managing the property was responsive. House rules were simple, check in/out easy. More spacious than pictures. Master bed/bath was large and house has been updated. We used the pool everyday as great for kids after beach. Felt safe in the neighborhood as surrounded by mostly million dollar homes that are either remodeled or rebuilt. Close to city, beaches, hospital, shopping, and south side restaurant area. One of the few places my family has said they would like to come back and stay on next visit to Sarasota!

Really enjoyed the pool.

We would really give it 5 stars if not for the problem with the front door lock. Fortunately the management has a 24/7 person on duty, who came to the rescue and found a way for us to get into the house. The saltwater pool is absolutely wonderful, we very much enjoyed it. The kitchen is well equiped. The neighborhood is nicely landscaped and quiet with an easy access to everything by car. Arlington Park is a short walk away. Good recommendations on restaurants. A minor comment, we found the beds to be way too high (we did't include this into the rating).

Sarasota house

We rented the house to have Christmas week in Florida. We showed up and I was told to take out the trash to the curb when supposedly the cleaning lady was there all day. A few of the toilets were not clean, we were disappointed in how the kitchen needed more pots, wine glasses, cookie sheets, coffee mugs to name a few things. The house sleeps at least 6 people so you need more than a few wine glasses and coffee mugs. One of the dining room chairs were broken but they did have extra folding chairs so Christmas dinner wasn’t ruined by not having enough seats for everyone. The manager was trying to get wine glasses delivered but Christmas Eve is a little tough getting deliveries. The house was nicely renovated and the master bath was amazing.

Beautiful home- issues with cleaniness

The home was beautiful and well decorated. However, the open condom in the nightstand drawer and cigarette ashes all over the patio made us feel like the attention to detail by the cleaning staff was not up to par. I contacted the host who offered to send the cleaner back, however we were tired from travel and I removed the item and cleaned the drawer myself and found a broom to sweep the patio. No other remedy offered, just an apology. We contacted the host through the portal provided to notify that the light in the pool was out- no response and no repair. We spent a week without use of the pool after dark. Positives- quiet location, quick drive to everything Sarasota has to offer, beautiful renovations, master bathroom was like a spa. Kitchen and open concept family room were perfect for our family. The pool and back yard were serene and peaceful for our vacation. Covered parking was a nice bonus also.
