The house offers a lot of high end luxury. We had a very relaxing time and though our kids enjoyed their stay I recommend it to families with teens or no kids at all. I had to move lots of art pieces from reach of my toddler

A lovely appointed home with a beautiful backyard. Friendly neighborhood to walk in. Lovely views of Longboat Key. Excellent bird watching. Close to airport and downtown dining.

Great place to relax

First time in Sarasota and we loved it. The location is very quiet and relaxing. Short drive to beaches and restaurants. The house was exactly as described on the website. The only thing we missed is teapot. We definitely would recommend this place!

Stay at Sarasota

House was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice for walking and we did some kayaking in the bay. Very nice trees and landscaping around the pool and house.

Very nice, spacious home.

The home was spacious and well appointed, centrally located. We had some issues with the pool that were not addressed during our short stay. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our time at 8 Pines!

Modern furnishings, plenty of sitting areas to relax as well as work. Fantastic kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to DT Sarasota and airport. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Nice view of the water.

Great place!

The house is just as it is in the listing. Very close to the airport so when you’re by the pool it can get loud, but I didn’t really hear much noise at night or super early in the morning while sleeping. The space is very comfortable. The kitchen is upstairs. There’s 3 sitting areas. Nice neighborhood, across the street from the bay, not too far from beaches. Nice stay overall!

Great find

Great location, quiet neighborhood, house could use some updating, pool area nice, pool not heated so too chilly for our time there. Not much hot water, only 4 of us showering and ran out before first two showers completed, not sure how 8 people would do. House is close to airport so lots of planes overhead but pretty quiet at night. Having a working grill was a plus, overall we had a pleasant stay!

Sarasota Bay Home

This home was our fourth rental in this area and definitely the best in all aspects. The home's location, a block from the water, provides great views of the bay, especially of the spectacular sunsets. Then there is the house's proximity to downtown Sarasota, twelve to fifteen minutes most any time of day. Recently refurbished, the kitchen was amply stocked and in great condition as were the bathrooms and furnishings. Then there was the pool, large and well-maintained. In summary, a great house in a great area.

Beautiful home safe area

Nice area and absolutely beautiful home with so many ammenities Absolutely gorgeous home. So many amenities and what we couldnt find was either sent to us or we were told where to find it. They left us things we wouldn't have thought to pack like dish soap, laundry, detergent, spices. The pictures do not do this home justice. It's amazing. We walked to the bay a d put the kayak in. They left us life vests and the pool has its own vacuum that walks around the pool and vacuums intermittently. So no need to worry about it getting dirty. Beds are very comfortable and theres a firepit in the yard and a propane o e on the balcony. There's a gas grill and a small charcoal grill. Everything you could ask for.
