The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. The host was fast with communication. This one of the best properties I have rented. I highly recommend renting this property. Will definitely rent it again.

The pre-stay process was organized and easy. There were no issues getting into the property and it was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for us and was in good shape. The air conditioning worked great, and the coffee maker was amazing. The WiFi was easy to connect to, fast, and reliable even with two remote workers going at it at the same time along with streaming tv and mobile phones on it. The location was just right, between the beach and lots of good restaurants, and a bit further to get to the Interstate for side trips elsewhere. The checkout process was effortless. This is a great place to stay and you should give it a try the next time you need to visit Sarasota!
Us ready for the wedding...it was down in Venice and it only took 30 minutes to get there.
One of the residents on the front porch...don't sit on him!
This was a great place to eat and just right around the corner. We also walked to Yoder's which was also a treat!
All of Lido and Lingboat is at your fingertips when you stay here. We hardly had any traffic compared to other beach access roads further north.

The stay was great. Nice accommodations. The only real downside was my rental car may have been vandalized. Right headlight cover was busted. Would like to see video if available. Only other issue was frying pan coating is scratched. Used a pot to cook my eggs. Should be replaced. Would recommend the property to friends. Location was really convenient.

This host was amazing. The location was perfect for our trip to Sarasota Bmx for the Florida state series. He was very friendly and attentive to our needs! 10/10!! Mike is amazing. He even came over to the event to see some of the action! The property was clean and well maintained.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Sarasota home over a wedding weekend, traveling with three children—and I can honestly say it was one of the most thoughtful and well-prepared places we’ve ever booked.From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness stood out immediately. Everything was spotless and clearly maintained with great care. But what really set this home apart was the incredible attention to detail. The hosts truly anticipated guests’ needs in a way you rarely see.The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and then some—coffee, laundry detergent, and even thoughtful extras like aloe for sunburns (a lifesaver after long beach days). The kitchen had plasticware and storage bags for easy food prep and leftovers, which made traveling with kids so much easier. Bathrooms were equally well-equipped, right down to Q-tips and other small conveniences that often get overlooked.On top of that, they made sure guests could fully enjoy their time: beach towels were provided, and there were even games like cornhole for family fun. It really felt like everything had been considered to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond in cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches—especially for families—this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.
