The staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The room was clean and cleaned daily. It was very convenient to the housing area I needed to be in. The grounds were clean, even though dogs were allowed. I would not think twicecabout staying here again.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally report an unresolved maintenance issue during my recent stay. From the first day of my stay, the shower in my room was not functioning properly. There was extremely low water pressure, and only hot water was available. I reported this issue to the front desk on my first day, but no action was taken to resolve it. I followed up again on the second day, yet the problem still remained unresolved. Despite multiple reports, no repair was completed, nor was any credit or compensation offered for the inconvenience. Access to a properly functioning shower is a basic expectation, and this issue significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. I am disappointed that the matter was not addressed after repeated notifications. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered. The property was very clean and the staff were great. No chef showed up for 2 hours during dinner but the bartender Mikayla did an amazing job making everyone happy until food could be served. The walls are thin so noise was a bit of an issue due to a kids soccer tournament in the area. Overall, I would stay there again. And the hotel dog mascot Brisket made my entire stay.
