This is a spacious two bedroom condo perfectly situated to enjoy Lido Beach. Just across the street from Lido Beach, this condo features a nice open lanai where you are sure to enjoy the Florida weather. With new lanai furniture (2023), you are sure to spend your time outdoors whether eating, reading or simply relaxing.

The living room has a wrap sectional sofa. For indoor dining, there is a dining area as well as a small table and chairs in the kitchen. Tile flooring throughout. For your convenience, there is a stack washer and dryer in the unit.

Fresh paint and new bedroom furniture are nice 2023 upgrades. New dishes and towels too.
