Owner was not available to let us enter the apartm

It was a terrible experience . We booked this hotel and when we reached no one was there to open the appartment . We have been calling hotel . Com and the owner himself . He didn’t pick up his phone . We have been roaming around on the roads till late night and had to book another hotel to stay . He himself never bothered to contact us . We have filed complain against him and filed for refund.

Very good location and nicely equipped and clean. Spacious, with a nice view. But the front door lock was almost impossible to open. The management got angry when we asked for help, more than once, and practically accused us of lying. Their instructions on the phone did not solve the problem, and they refused to send someone out to fix the door. As a result, we were forced to leave someone home every time we went out, for fear of not getting in. If not for the help of friendly passing Samaritans, we might not have ever been able to enter this apartment, and the surly responses of management did not make our stay pleasant.

It was overall a good option. Itis in the city center, with free parking area. The house is well furnished, with every kitchen utilities options. They are concerned people. We haven’t lived any problem at our stay. Thank you.
