My review on google This is a small, cheap, hotel in a quiet back street just a 2 minute walk from Sarajevo old town pedestrian area. The room we had was small but with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small and a squeeze to get in the shower. The shower was powerful and hot. The room could do with a make over but, a hot shower and comfortable bed in a safe area is all you need for a couple of nights stay. My only real moan is that the WiFi is patchy. This hotel is not suitable if you have real mobility issues, few stairs to the hotel entrance and stairs to the rooms. The breakfast was basic but the breakfast room is available all day and they provide tea/coffee and light snacks (fruit,biscuits,peanuts) all day for free, even after we checked out and were waiting for our transfer to the airport. The staff at this hotel were amazing, all of them, friendly and helpful. So willing to make sure we enjoyed not just our time at the hotel but our visit to Sarajevo as well. I've stayed at 100's of hotels all over the world and the staff here have taken my No.1 spot for brilliant customer service from the staff at a hotel in Robe Australia.

We had 6 rooms and they were all spacious and very comfortable, the staff were excellent and very friendly and the hotel is in a great location in the heart of Sarajevo. I would stay here again.

Needs a bit of love

Lovely breakfast in the cute little serving area. Friendly lady made us Bosnian coffee. The hotel is in need of some love. I don't mind a bit of scruff, but this was beyond that really. Sarajevo is a stunning city, and the people are so friendly. This hotel is fine, but no more than that.

In the heart of the city. Very convenient for walking and close to tour departure points. Friendly, helpful staff with dining suggestions. They also arranged our 7 am taxi to the airport. The property is fine for a night. It’s a good location near the main center of Sarajevo. The staff was great, but the room was very dingy, the shower was pretty rough and the holder for the shower head was so incredibly high on the wall there was no way to rinse off without getting your hair wet. The front desk does depart overnight, which also feels a bit odd to have no staff, just guests overnight.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive and spoke a range of languages excellently. Nothing was too much trouble and shared recommendations on local amenities and restaurants and activities. The staff made such a difference to our stay in Sarajevo. The building and location was lovely and so close to the everything in the old town. Fantastic in every way and thank you to all the staff.
