Relatively closeby to the JR station, Family Mart and 7-11 closeby. Only have staff there from 3-11 pm. Room was spacious - no TV, only pay per view. Not alot of outlets to charge your devices. Room was never cleaned the whole time I was there (5 days), maybe because this is a no frills business hotel.

Excellent stay

I loved staying here. The room is spacious, bed is ginormous for a single person. The room and bathroom are both clean. Very close to Sapporo station. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel close to JR Station

Hotel is walking distance to JR station. Friendly staff and nice massage chair in the room. Relief leg and body pain after long walk day time. Parking is available at the hotel if you drive. The hotel do provide simple breakfast.

great location and clean room

5 mins walk to Sapporo Station. Clean room and the room is bigger than I expected, bigger than the hotel room in Tokyo. There is even microwave and a massage chair in the room.

Great location, great value, great service!

Although the hotel was tucked away at a less-popular spot in Sapporo, it was still within a 5 minutes walking distance from the main Sapporo area and subway lines. The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to find and print information when I needed some help with alternative ways to get to the airport instead of riding the JR. The room I had was clean and exceeded my expectations with a massage chair and microwave oven. I was also given a nice DHC beauty kit. Breakfast was simple and decent as well. Overall, a great value for money hotel.

Great experience!

This hotel was a little far from the station, but definitely within reasonable walking distance. It was close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff were great and really friendly. The room was a great size, with a super comfortable bed, many pillows, and a massage chair. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

近JR station,不過不易找,但是不錯的酒店

酒店其實很近JR station,但初次到不易找.若經'Daimaru大丸'百貨公司西門出口或Paseo West 出口, 見到紀伊國屋書局, 直行2個街口,沿途有2間Family Mark在橋底, 酒店就在第2間Family Mark的右邊. 酒店各職員有禮及樂於幫助, 訂房時非吸煙房已滿, 吸煙房煙味實在太濃, 幸好房內有空氣清新機, 可幫助一些.早餐簡單但我已足夠. 下次會再住但一定要非吸煙房.

Pleasant Stay

Stay for 2 nights, its almost 11 pm when i arrived and Sapporo in the middle Snow Rain, while i need to walk about 8 mnt from train station, found out theres a long corridor above ground link between station to LiVEMAX hotel.. ohhh so convenient. The receptionist process only take me about 1 mnt, then I in my clean warm comfort room already. Trying the very rare massage chair inside the hotel room, had a deep nice sleep that night, while snow thicker and thicker outside. Before start my day (going to be very long day outside) i had Japanese breakfast, and its all very nice rice egg seaweed soup and warm drink, such a simple and fill my soul kind of breakfast. That day arrived at hotel almost 12mn, exhausted but had very great day cos i visit and do all the things i planned for. The receptionist, not too old, in his suites, standing wellcome me while i clean up the snow all over my body, when i finished clean up i looking at him, still in the same position with warm smile, surprised me, Wow! I coming home. In early morning i need to catch the train for my depart to Singapore, and find out the same guy in the receptionist, its only 1 mnt check out process, we saying goodbye while i exit the door, i bounce my self 3 times said Thank you, and he said Have anice day. Ooohhh... happy i choosed LiVEMAX hotel.

Staff kind and help. The room was clean. The over all for me is Excellent. The room perfect have auto massage chair bed is big and soft. Hotel provide a lot of pillow. The hotel location is ok near JR Supporo only 5 min by walk and hotel near by Family mart and Nice restaurant.

Centre of Sapporo Hotel

Good standard businessman's hotel - breakfast was very, very basic but complimentary. Plenty of conbini stores nearby as well as huge shopping complex at Sapporo JR station. However DON'T trust Google maps to find this hotel. Google will send you to the middle of a huge camera store NOT the hotel. Overall a very good, reasonably priced and centrally located hotel.

Cheap and Semi-Convenient

The location of the hotel was a little of the side and was slightly difficult to find without any gps/maps services. The hotel staff were welcoming and very nice. The included breakfast was nice as it meant I didn't have to find a location for breakfast. As well the hotel was located quite close to a convenience store which was a nice place to go if ever there was an urge for a snack. The room itself was very nice and had a microwave for when I decided to heat up some cold food. Had a little trouble with the lights when I first arrived as the front had forgotten to tell us that the long bar attached to the room keys needed to be inserted into a slot before any of the lights would turn on.

The hotel is near to the station however check out at 10am is earlier compare to other hotel. There is microwave and massage chair which others did not have it in the room.

Apart from the communication with most hotel staff not understanding English, it was a good stay. Breakfast is simple but good enough. Enjoyed the in-room massage chair and the easy walk to the mall & JR.
