Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We had an accident with one persons towels, was told to take care of it ourselves after our check in contact told us to contact her about anything. She said it would cost extra to replace towels. Was a little upset about it, we had to use our time on vacation to clean towels.
