General description of the property: New house, furnished with 3 dormitories, 2 bathrooms, room, balcony, kitchen, portable fireplace, ceiling fan in all rooms, 3 cars garage, this house is 30 meters far from the beach (excellent localization), next to Terral Restaurant. Renting for seasons: December/January/February (summer holidays), Carnival on February (5 days) and anually from March to November. This house is able to host 10 people.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Excelente! Atendeu as nossas expectativas.
A casa é organizada, encontramos o local limpo, o proprietário, Sr. Sylvio, nos atendeu muito bem, sempre prestativo. A Sra Sandra, que cuida da casa, é educada e agradável, nos recepcionou muito bem. O local é seguro, muito próximo da praia. Bem localizado, próximo dos melhores bares e restaurantes. Não precisamos de carro para nada. Supermercado, padaria, farmácia, tudo bem perto. A descrição da casa no site superou as nossas expectativas! Voltaremos, com certeza. Agradeço ao Sr. Sylvio pela atenção!
