Beautiful and renovated beach avenue New Year's Eve R$32000

Our house is located in a condominium of only 8 houses, that counts on a beautiful and quiet swimming pool and a humid sauna.
It is in the best point of the familiar beach of Juquehy, between port 6 and 8, just cross the avenue and you will already be in these 2 accesses to the beach.
Within a radius of 500 meters we have the best restaurants in Juquehy, among them Bistro, Gulero, Badauê and Chapéu de Sol.
In the house we have a master suite with minibar, 56 "TV and air conditioning, a suite, plus three dormitories served by a bathroom.
The room is huge and perfectly accommodates a group of 12 people. The living room TV is 65 "and air-conditioned, integrated with the barbecue, brewery.
It is very well equipped with new appliances, including Nespresso machine and sandwich maker.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

O anúncio não condiz com a realidade

Pelas fotos o imóvel parece muito bem conservado, mas quando cheguei nota-se que está bem abandonado sem nenhuma manutenção. Paredes encardidas, portas apodrescendo com buracos na parte de baixo, armários de cozinha com os acabamento descolando. Sofa todo manchado, interfone sem funcionar. Além disso no site dizia que tinha 2 camas de solteiro, cheguei lá só tinha camas de casal e eu não tinha lençol para colocar. Nas fotos mostrava tv em um dos quartos, que tb não tinha. O POSITIVO da casa é que a localização realmente é muito boa, e a pessoa que presta serviço no concomínio é excepcional. O serciço de wifi fundiona bem também, e a proprietária foi bem felxível com horários de che-in e check-out. Para 1 final de semana é ok, mas para uma estadia mais longa acho mais difícil.
