The hotel was outdated compared to pictures. There was construction going on early in the morning and kept going all day. It was hard to sleep due to the noise. Although this runs out of the responsability of the hotel, since it is directly above the rooms it should absolutely had been warned in the listing.

My room was large with a balcony and a mini kitchen (needed a few more utensils and microwave was not working). The rooftop area is small but very nice with a pool, sauna, gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was buffet style with many options and the area is close to the airport, the park, several markets and a big mall. Solid choice for Sao Paulo in my opinion.

The worst check in I have had over the past years. The property as per Expedia's rules was supposed to charge my credit card upon check-in only. Unauthorized, they charged my card 24 hours prior to check in, within my free cancellation period. I did not think of cancelling (I should have), but regardless this is bad business practice. I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time. No rooms available. Long wait for a room where the safe did not work and the balcony doors (on a lower floor) did not close. Back to reception for another room. That room had the exact same issues, which later was fixed, but this is not the point. I asked for a quiet room, not facing the avenue, as it was noisy. Sound proofing was not invented at this location. I got a room facing the avenue. I contacted Expedia, they were slow and not efficient. Save yourself time and headaches and do NOT stay at this property.

Somente não gostei dos travesseiros (muito duros, ruins para a cervical) e das cortinas (o black-out delas é fraco, quando nasce o Sol, o quarto fica um tanto iluminado).
