In the city, São Paulo Brazil early in the week there’s huge demand for accommodations. This host takes advantage of the situation, and I believe she rents it to the highest bidder , with no communication at all, I arrived with my wife as a travelling or flying into the city, the big reader at a hotel desk by some nice people that said it was not their list but in the hotel, they sell rooms to people that re-rent them that person showed up and said they had no idea. VRBO did not let them know, but I believe that’s not the case because I have confirmation from VRBO that my reservation is in place, but she suggested that they are not her agents and she would not honour it in the city. That’s so busy. It was very frustrating. Say the least Thank God for the hotel people they called a favour on a place they used to work at and they gave me a place to stay. This has been taken care of by VRBO. Thank you for that.! but in a city where you can’t speak language and transportation is not easy or costly this house made it very difficult for us. She was rude and for a few dollars she gave our room to somebody else that’s my belief.!
