Rooftop apartment in the best neighborhood in town. Two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and an extra toilet, kitchen integrated with the living room and a delightful balcony with a view of the city.

Visitors are not allowed.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

Beautiful newly renovated penthouse. It has two bedrooms, the largest with a queen size bed and the other a comfortable double bed. Both rich in closets and with air conditioning.

The living room is integrated with the kitchen in a stylish and spacious environment. There is a garden veranda with a shower for hot days.

The kitchen has a 4-burner electric cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare meals.

The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV and a double sofa bed. There is a full bathroom and an extra half bath.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
