Large studio in the famous Copan Building
Beautiful apartment in the most famous building in São Paulo.
Comfortable studio apartment, very well decorated and large window overlooking the city. It has an open and well equipped kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, good furniture, cupboards, air conditioning and other care.
The building offers laundry facilities for a separate fee, outside the apartment.
Note: The building is undergoing restoration on the facade, where during your stay there may be construction noise during the day.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
It is not permitted to receive visitors.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.
Note: Due to the restoration of the building's facade, the air conditioning will have to be temporarily uninstalled, so during your stay check with customer service if the apartment has air conditioning active again.
Large retro-style studio with a beautiful view of São Paulo in one of the most iconic buildings in Brazil, the Copan Building. Stay and enjoy one of the greatest postcards in Sampa. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer in the 1950s, Copan continues to be one of the largest reinforced concrete works in our country.
When just visiting it is not enough, you can live there for a few days with comfort and everything you need for your stay.

The full kitchen has a blender, Italian coffee maker, pans, appliances, refrigerator and 2-burner cooktop for added convenience.
