Hotel atendeu as expectativas, de acordo com as fotos no site. É bem simples, banheiro bem apertado e pequeno, porém limpo. Os funcionários são atenciosos e a localização boa. Me hospedei para um evento no Transamérica Expo Center.

Hospedagem bastante simples. O ambiente estava limpo, porém os itens de cama apresentavam cheiro de guardado. O atendimento também teve alguns problemas.

Cobrança de taxas para estacionamento e café

Não voltarei. Escolhi o hotel pois ia a um evento no Expo Transamérica, que é perto do hotel e seria somente para passar a noite. Um dos meus pré-requisitos era ter onde deixar o carro pois ia ao evento de UBER, porém foi foi cobrada taxa extra para tal. Na publicidade tbm dizia café da manhã incluso, para minha surpresa tbm tinha que pagar taxa extra. Não conheço muito a região, mas as portas com travas não me deixam mentir que não é uma região tranquila, além de que o motorista do Uber me disse que não é sempre que aceita corridas para esse local pois há muitos "trombadinhas"na região. Olhei novamente o anuncio e em momento nenhum deixam claro sobre estas taxas. Imaginava que estava escolhendo um hotel simples que o custo beneficio valesse a pena, mas com a inclusão das taxas definitivamente não valeu. Além de tudo isso o chuveiro estava queimado.

Ótimo para uma estadia com bom preço. As funcionárias são bem cordiais. Quarto pequeno, mas bem limpo e com cama de casal confortável. Fica ao lado de um shopping com várias opções de alimentação.

Lugar péssimo ! Gerente péssima e nem um pouco humana, “paguei” na estadia 145,00 com as taxas . Perguntei se tinha estacionamento me disseram que sim . Chegando ao local. as 14:00 me disseram que o valor do Estácio até o outro dia 7:00 da manhã serian 150 ,00 reais mais caro do q a reserva de uma noite. Tentei conversar com a gerente , tentar entender a política do hotel ? Queria saber o porquê de está tão caro , sem sucesso , mal educada e debochada. Eu ,claro tenho os meus valores e meus princípios, não fiquei ,preferi pagar o triplo em um outro hotel do que me hospedar nesse lugar . NÃO RECOMENDO , POR FAVOR VOCE QUE ESTÁ QUERENDO SE HOSPEDAR AÍ , TE AVISO O BARATO AS VEZES SAI MTO CARO . E nem sempre é questão de dinheiro e sim respeito ao próximo . Adorei o atendimento, o café da manhã, a simpatia das meninas. O banheiro é muito apertado, o chuveiro quase não sai água, mas acho que é porque ele é muito alto e muito grande.

O local é simples mas limpo, um pouco barulhento. O principal problema foi o quarto que ganhei, fica dentro da lavanderia do local, além do banheiro que tem uma configuração muito estranha e apertada. Se você vai procurando uma cama e um banho está de bom tamanho.
