They described it as Hotel and I was thinking of a hotel service. I got there and realized it is a hostel… similar to a house on top of a hair salon. The night I stayed they had a party… I had planned to book and relax on a actual hotel not a hostel party house

Feels like home

Amazing location. Close to restaurants, bars, and near a laundromat for extended stays. One of the best free breakfasts. Quiet courtyard and working space for business travelers. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Secure. Outlet Adapters available for international travelers. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers.

Property is well located in pleasant district, walking distance to Vila Madalena. Hotel patio is great, good breakfast (included). Cleanliness overall good. About there "urban design", great but a little cheap fix up, and need some maintenance. Young staff, very nice. But never saw owner or manager... My main issue, i check in for 3 nights, they told me (not ask) that i have to change room on the 3rd night. Never apologize. Like was normal i change room. I was not agree. Young kid at reception said will talk to manager. The day after another kid at reception, asked me again to change room. Said no. They insist, like was not a big deal... The next morning, they ask me again! Said no and like talk to manager. Never talk to manager but finally they agree im not changing room! Not professional at all. They overbooked, then make guess move room. Not right.

Overall amazing

The place is beautiful, the breakfast amazing, cleanliness on point, really convenient location. But the attention was kind of bad, there were three people on the reception during our stay, the first two were really grumpy and never smiled, they treated us very bad; the last one was an amazing woman that attended us politely.

A nice different experience

This is a different experience than a normal hotel: it's much more laid back and friendly, with a certain arty feel to it. Rooms are fine but windows don't close properly (not a problem if it's warm outside) and a bit basic, although with a pleasant décor. Breakfast is very simple. Area is great - one of the best in Sao Paulo with easy walking access to loads of nice cafes, bars and restaurants (particularly more towards the area of central Pinheiros). If you get tired of anonymous hotels that always offer the same, then this is the place to try something different.

Stayed for one week. It's not a bad location close to Pinheiros an Vila Magalena. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Staff friendly, not much English. We're thankful for google translate. Breakfast was goo in general. However, although breakfast is until 10am. We were told that they were finishing up at 9am and hurry up! Other than that great stay.
