Comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment at the 24th floor of the Residential Cadoro. Charming decoration, complete kitchen and comfy bedrooms. 100mbps Wi-fi.
AC in all rooms, well illuminated and perfect location, between Frei Caneca and Augusta St in a very complete Building, that features pool, gym and garage.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Standard check in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need more flexibility, please request us and we will check availability.
SMOKE:
Smoking anywhere in the building is forbidden. Vapes are also forbidden.
VISITS:
The apartment will be for your use only for the rented period, you can use the swimming pool, gym and parking but you cannot bring visitors in the common areas.
POOL:
You cannot smoke by the common areas. Loud music, and glasses are also not allowed in the pool area. The building has more than 300 apartments so for your safety and safety of others visitors are not allowed in the pool and gym area.
SECURITY MEASURES:
