Great staff, room is much roomier then most average hotels in São Paulo, breakfast was excellent, area might be rough to around but there’s security and valet service right up front.

Unlikely the neighbor the hotel was really clean, safe and the breakfast was awesome. But the neighborhood is little scary , so I recommend get hotel early at night. Also they do have paid parking.

Longest check in process

They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy.

When we arrived, the property inside was nice and clean, outside was dirty with garbage and many homeless on the sidewalks leading to the property. Once we were inside, the desk service informed that we would have to pay for luggage storage for the time up to check-in at 2pm (though Expedia lists this as an amenity without charge), no early check in options available. Once in our FIRST room, things were okay until we used the bathroom. The toilet was broken and only flushed once before the handle fell off the wall. Staff was very kind to move us to a different room with a better view, thankfully! Hotel staff did not clean the room each day, but were helpful in providing additional towels and TP when requested. Aside from that, everything was average.
