i'vê been there for a conference and like very much the hotel ! the location is very central and the service was very good. The hotel is not to big and have a great service ! Worth to visit next time you go to Joinville!
Stayed for 3 nights and staff was great, so was the room and amenities. We had some internet issues on the last day and had to find a Cafe in the neighborhood to get proper connection. Besides that, breakfast was bellow expectations considering Mercure standards and its price.
The hotel offers all what you need. The furniture are a bit old and has some marks. But general the Hotel is clean and works. The staff is frienldy. The gym is ok, for a hotel. The breakfast offers something for everyone.
It is a regular Mercure standard but I did not appreciated the thread mill in the fitness center and it was missing a nespresso capsule during breakfast. During the night there was also a blackout in the hotel region and we realized that the generator was enough for Corridors and elevators
The hotel has a simple appearance and the rooms seem to be spacious. Breakfast is simple and in my opinion the Ibis in Londrina has a better quality. The restaurant is operational though on two nights we were the only people there.
Good service and spacious rooms. Recommend to anybody visiting the city. Good location near to best restaurants and bars in town. As Joinville is not so big, it's 20 minutes away from the major businesses so this won't be a problem. Recommend
I know that hotels outside big cities in brazil tend to be a little less fancy then the usual, but I have to admit I expected a little more of this hotel. The hotel it's not bad per say, but the rooms definitely need to see some refurbishment as they seem from the 80's. The common areas are fine, clean and cozy. Good breakfast served from 6:30am in the mezzanine. Overall an average experience but could be improved
Best location, quiet , comfortable, excellent breakfast, easy park garage, clean room, large room, attentive and friendly staff, reasonable price, excellent internet connection, mattress and comfortable pillows
Located in a good quiet location, with many restaurants and shops around. Prices are reasonable. Service is good and the rooms are clean A good business hotel if you are staying in Joinville and the Biergarten is in walking distance as many other bars
My stay was fine, there were no hiccups. However, the room I was in needs renovation. Old, stained carpets and upholstery. In its current condition, the Ibis a few blocks down the road is a much better value.
